At Deals Sport Gilet Store, we’re committed to your complete satisfaction with our high-performance cycling apparel. If for any reason you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Returns Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of lycra shorts and tights unless they are faulty.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return:
- Request authorization: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Pack your item: Once approved, securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Ship your return: Send the package to our Manchester address (provided in your return authorization email).
- Confirmation: We’ll email you once we’ve processed your return.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item and size
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
- If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item (we check all our performance cycling gear before shipping, but sometimes issues occur):
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or fault
- We’ll arrange a free return and replacement

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Lycra Shorts (unless faulty)
- Tights (unless faulty)
All other cycling apparel (Base Layers, Gilets, Long Sleeve Jerseys, Technical T-Shirts) may be returned following our standard policy.
