Our Returns Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of lycra shorts and tights unless they are faulty.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

  1. Request authorization: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Pack your item: Once approved, securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  3. Ship your return: Send the package to our Manchester address (provided in your return authorization email).
  4. Confirmation: We’ll email you once we’ve processed your return.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item and size
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
  4. If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item (we check all our performance cycling gear before shipping, but sometimes issues occur):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage or fault
  • We’ll arrange a free return and replacement

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Lycra Shorts (unless faulty)
  • Tights (unless faulty)

All other cycling apparel (Base Layers, Gilets, Long Sleeve Jerseys, Technical T-Shirts) may be returned following our standard policy.
