Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from our Manchester headquarters, excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm delivery availability.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two convenient options:
  1. Standard Express (£12.95) – 10-15 business day delivery via DHL/FedEx with full tracking
  2. Free Standard Shipping – 15-25 business day delivery via EMS for orders over £50
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once shipped.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Some carriers may take 24-48 hours to show updates after dispatch. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 3 business days, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll investigate immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns from delivery date for unworn items in original packaging. To initiate a return:
  1. Email [email protected] with your order number
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and address
  3. Once received, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
What if my item arrives damaged?
